Planner currently unavailable sorry
Are you looking for a business planner to keep all your lovely business plans in? A planner that will help you get focused on what is most important to you? A planner that you can download and keep on your desk for easy reference throughout the year?
Yay if you said yes to any of those questions – as I got SO frustrated with being unable to find everything I wanted at a reasonable price that I made my own… I have designed it to include everything a small business owner needs to set goals and stay on track throughout 2021.

My business planner contains:
Firstly a 4 page section for you to review 2020. I know this year has been so hard, many businesses have lost sales or closed completely. While others have had to pivot and adapt constantly to the changes caused by Covid.
However my feeling is that if you are reading this you are considering where to take your business next. So let’s start by digging into this year that’s just ending.
I have included questions to make you search for the good in 2020. What do you feel proudest of, and what are you most grateful for?
And then more business orientated questions such as what sold well or badly and more importantly WHY do you think these products thrived or struggled. What exactly are your numbers for sales and profit and your thoughts around these numbers. Have you made as much money as you predicted? Are you just starting out and not sure how much money you can expect to make?
Just taking the time to reflect can really make an impact on what goals you choose to set yourself next. So for example when I looked at my sewing pattern sales I realised my bear patterns outsold all my other patterns combined by 3 times. Three times wow! I hadn’t actually realised this until I wrote down my figures and got my calculator out.
Here literally knowledge is not just power but future cash in the bank. Will I choose to make a range of other animals or will I choose to major on bears. Of course there is no debate! I will not stunt my creativity to chase the cash. But when I now open my mind up to focusing on bear design I have so many ideas come to me and it’s really exciting.
A start of year business plan
Once you’ve delved into where you’ve been, it’s time to look at – wearing your new knowledge glasses – where to go next. This planner contains 7 pages for you to plan your 2021.
So start thinking ‘what will light me up in 2021?’
And don’t just create a plan that has you slaving for hours every day for little return. Think about who is your ideal client who will want to pay good money for your products? Whilst still thinking about him or her, and with our knowledge of what worked in 2020… what do you want to develop and sell more of? What actual numbers do you want to achieve? And also – this is SO important how will you make time for yourself, your friends and your family?
Now write down your 5 goals for the year…
Monthly Plans
I don’t know about you, but I’m great at making fabulous sounding plans and then forgetting them! This year (2020) I made a lovely list and then everything changed so enormously I literally screwed it up and put it in the bin! Which I’m annoyed at now as I’d like to know how my actual achievements compared.
However with this downloadable planner package I have included a 3 page plan for you to complete each month. Having a once a month business meeting with yourself is a really valuable way to stay on track. While you are having your meeting complete your records of your income and expenses*, and record your social media and other platform numbers*. So you can do a full health check of your biz and see if you need to make adjustments to your plans.
*Income and expenses trackers, and social media / platform trackers are included in this bumper planner package.
All of us have non negotiables we need to make time for, as well as running our businesses. And I have included space to remind you to look after your own well being too.
Quarterly review
Your goals and plans package includes a 5 page quarterly review. So every 3 months you can focus very specifically on whether you are on the right lines to achieve your annual goals that you have set yourself. You have an opportunity here to look at HOW you are doing, and WHAT you will focus on next.
Total up your sales for the quarter and compare them to your goal. Review what products sold well or badly, and consider if there are opportunities to refine or expand your range to increase your revenue.
The planner also includes a recommendation to look at the Etsy trends report. Google it or click HERE and to look at the Pinterest trends report, again Google it or click HERE
It may be that your products are timeless classics. However consider how you market your items. Can you increase your sales by using certain props or photography styles? Are there trends that your business already aligns with a little that you can gain lots of lovely traction from? Being open to new ideas as long as you don’t get shiny object syndrome is a great way to keep your products fresh and appealing to your clients.
Last but not least
Your downloadable planner pack includes a month per page calendar, and a social media posts planner sheet.
I hope that all your crafting business needs are met by this pack. I intend to create a new planner package every year. So if you have tried it and have feedback or suggestions I would absolutely love to hear from you. To download your 2021 planner pack from my Etsy shop CLICK HERE
